- Due to each piece being handmade to order, slight imperfections and variations in design pattern may differ slightly from photos.  

- Handle with Love: Resin is durable but not indestructible. To avoid breakage, please don't drop your keychain against hard surfaces.  Avoid direct, prolonged sunlight and extreme heat to prevent softening.(Safety note: Not for kids under 5!)

- Etsy can only estimate and cannot guarantee shipping times. After the package is initially scanned, it means it has left our hands. If it is missing an update or showing as delayed, it does not mean your package is lost. It means it is moving slowly. We will track your package by providing all relevant shipping information from USPS. We are not responsible for a missing package or delivery delays with USPS. It is your responsibility to file a claim on a missing/lost package. If your item is undeliverable due to providing the incorrect address Shipping cost will not be refunded.

- Shipping Issues: While we provide all tracking info, we aren't responsible for USPS delays or lost mail. If a package goes missing, you'll need to file a claim with the post office.

- Addresses: We ship to the address provided. If an item is returned to us due to an address error, the original shipping fee cannot be refunded.

- All Sales Final: Due to the custom nature of this product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Please review your design carefully before submitting; we are not responsible for errors provided in the customer's logo or text. If your item arrives damaged or differs from your approved proof, please contact us within 3 days so we can make it right.
