Shipping policy

Nightshade Cauldron Shipping Policy:

 

1. Order Processing & Lead Times

 

Because our items are handcrafted and often made-to-order, processing times vary by the type of service required: 

 

  • DTF & Vinyl Transfers: Typically ship within 1–3 business days.

 

  • Custom Apparel (HTV/Sublimation): Usually processed in 3–5 business days.

 

  • 3D Printing & Laser Engraving: These detailed projects typically require 3–7 business days depending on complexity and size.

 

  • Epoxy & UV Resin: Due to necessary curing times, please allow 7–10 business days for these items to be ready for shipment. 

 

Note: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day. 

 

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

 

We primarily ship within the United States via USPS, UPS and FedEx

 

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after processing.

 

  • Priority/Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster transit (typically 1–3 business days).

 

  • Free Shipping: Free standard shipping on orders over $75

 

3. Special Weather Considerations (Florida)

 

As a Florida-based business, we take extra care with heat-sensitive items like Epoxy Resin, Soaps and Vinyl Designs. During extreme summer heat, we may limit shipping to Mondays–Wednesdays to prevent packages from sitting in hot transit hubs over the weekend. 

 

4. Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your "cauldron's" progress directly through the carrier's website. 

 

5. Damages & Shipping Issues

 

Each package is packed with care to survive the journey. However, if your item arrives damaged:

 

  • Please contact us at sales@nightshadecauldron within 7 days of delivery.

 

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

 

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier (USPS/UPS) to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
