📝 Ordering Instructions

• Select your Color in the dropdown box. Your design will come marbled with white. If you want a different marble color, please specify in the personalization box. 
• In the personalization box choose your Initial(s) or name/word (up to 10 letters/spaces, if your personalization is more than 10 letters/spaces, we will not be able to complete your order and we will reach out to you for changes) along with the font of your choice (see pictures for font choices). If no font is chosen, a font of our choice will be used.

• Check Your Details: Please take a quick moment to review your order! We start working quickly, so we can’t change details once the order is placed.
• Due to each piece being handmade to order, slight imperfections and variations in design pattern may differ slightly from photos.
• We can only estimate and cannot guarantee shipping times. After the package is initially scanned, it means it has left our hands. If it is missing an update or showing as delayed, it does not mean your package is lost. It means it is moving slowly. We will track your package by providing all relevant shipping information from USPS. We are not responsible for a missing package or delivery delays with USPS. It is your responsibility to file a claim on a missing/lost package. If your item is undeliverable due to providing the incorrect address Shipping cost will not be refunded.
• Shipping Issues: While we provide all tracking info, we aren't responsible for USPS delays or lost mail. If a package goes missing, you'll need to file a claim with the post office.
• Addresses: We ship to the address provided. If an item is returned to us due to an address error, the original shipping fee cannot be refunded. - All Sales Final: Due to the custom nature of this product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Please review your design carefully before submitting; we are not responsible for errors provided in the customer's logo or text. If your item arrives damaged or differs from your approved proof, please contact us within 3 days so we can make it right.
