We will track your package by providing all relevant shipping information from USPS. We are not responsible for a missing package or delivery delays with USPS. It is your responsibility to file a claim on a missing/lost package. If your item is undeliverable due to providing the incorrect address Shipping cost will not be refunded.

• Addresses: We ship to the address provided. If an item is returned to us due to an address error, the original shipping fee cannot be refunded.
• All Sales Final: Due to the custom nature of this product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Please review your design carefully before submitting; we are not responsible for errors provided in the customer's logo or text. If your item arrives damaged or differs from your approved proof, please contact us within 3 days so we can make it right.
